Cancellation Policy

If the customer cancels with more than 48 hours notice before the tour starts:
-full refund minus an admistration fee will be given.

Cancellation up to 48 hours before starting time of the tour or no-show on the day is 100 % non-refundable.

Cancellation made by "BushTracks" due to unforseen circumstances will be fully refundable. Guests may be notified 1.5 hours before starting time.
