What a fantastic experience to learn so much in approximately 400m as Mike explained, and demonstrated his bush-tucker and survival skills from our native plants and trees. We were truly amazed how good it all tasted and how knowledgeable and funny Mike was. Definitely value for money and well worth the experience and at the same time supporting local business.

We had a fantastic experience at Bushtracks! Mike is a very knowledgeable guide and he shared so much with us! I feel very lucky to have been on this tour. I could taste bushtucker and learn to recognise them and how to know if they're safe to eat. I learned a lot about our local flora and fauna and this knowledge is now with me every time I am in the bush. How cool! I had family visiting from overseas and it was an awesome experience for them to get local knowledge about our flora and fauna. Very grateful for Mike for choosing to pass on what he knows to others and creating these tours 🙏

We thoroughly enjoyed our bush walk with Mike. Hearing stories and experiences from his past working in different parts of Australia was a great addition. Mike is very knowledgeable about the uses of bush tucker/medicine, the plants and animals on his property. We even learnt a few handy tips for ‘just incase’ scenarios. Mike is a great story teller and has an obvious love of the bush and sharing his knowledge with others. We highly recommend sharing this bush walk with Mike at Travellers Rest.
